The moon turns a corner today, darker than she is light. The last water moon to touch Saturn while it's in Pisces. What structures have supported you since 2023? Maybe thank those structures today.

🌙 Tuesday, February 10th 🌙
Venus moves into the sign where she exhalts today. Venus in Pisces' watery depths can help her extend her cooling, harmonizing energy. It can also bring women into literal heights - last year when Venus was in Pisces, there was an all-women crew of astronauts on a private space flight. I will be praying for a different group of women to be elevated, brought from the depths and into our collective care this week.

Moon-wise, she moves through Sagittarius today, bringing yesterday's supportive Saturn energy to dreaming/scheming Mercury in Pisces. Maybe a day for bringing some structure to a project you want to bring to completion. Mercury in Pisces isn't usually good for detail-oriented, linear, logical work - so this is less about making the To Do list for getting stuff done and more about dreaming about the end state of something.

🌙 Wednesday, February 11th 🌙
The cycles of the stars helps us reflect. Today, when the moon travels through Sagittarius she's traveling between two of the places that are least friendly to her in the sky. In that context, if you feel like you're getting an impermanent but much needed break - weary from your last fight and anticipating the next, I offer you today that you're not alone, the moon is in your shoes.

🌙 Thursday, February 12th 🌙
The moon's in her detriment for the next couple of days, and she continues to darken, empty and shed. The moon phase can help us understand as much as where she is in the sky. Today, as she's shedding, she'll come across a supportive sextile with Venus in her exhaltation; a little bit of pleasure that helps us let go of what we need to let go of.

🌙 Friday, February 13th 🌙
Saturn's entering Aries. Historically this portends embarrassed leaders and struggles between the structure of authority and the fiery insistence of self determination. As pointed out on The Astrology Podcast, a perfect example of this is that Saturn in Aries has historically seen strengthening and development of gun (mars) control (Saturn) laws. Personally, this will show up in the Aries part of your chart, which is determined by your rising sign.

The very last zillennials and the first cohort of Gen Zers are starting their Saturn returns. Anticipate additional discourse on how the learned helplessness of Gen Z is no longer cute (or acceptable), and additional pushback on that generation's desire to Do Their Own Thing. If you're solidly Gen X, you may also be (born between March 3 1967 to April 29 1969), you're starting your second Saturn return.

🌹Valentine's Day 🌹with Venus in Pisces is a nice little gift - the last time we had this was 2023. With the moon in Saturn's signs, it might not feel as 1000% restorative as it otherwise might, but a happy Venus is a gift no matter what.
